So, I've been reading Kelly's blog for a while, and she has a Friday carnival where her readers show details of their lives. This week is favorite desserts. If you need some good dessert ideas, click over there for tons of ideas.
One of my favorites is Fresh Apple Cake. Yum!!
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
3 cup chopped apples
3 cup plain flour
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans
1 tsp cinnamonMix in order. Press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Super easy and super good! I'm sorry I don't have any pictures. You'll just have to make it for yourself.
